Terms of Service

By using PromptStick you confirm you are at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) and agree to these Terms. If you are using PromptStick on behalf of an organisation, you represent you have authority to bind it. If you disagree, please stop using the platform.

PromptStick generates expert-grade AI prompts for text, image, and video from a short description you provide. Prompts are produced by sending your input to OpenAI's API. You receive a monthly credit allocation that resets on your account anniversary. Credits do not roll over. We may update limits with reasonable notice.

You sign in via Google OAuth - we never store your password. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts for Terms violations, abuse, or credit-limit circumvention.

You may use generated prompts freely in personal and commercial projects. You must not use PromptStick to produce illegal, harmful, or abusive content; attempt to bypass rate limits or credits through automation or multiple accounts; or scrape platform content. Your usage must comply with our underlying AI providers' policies (e.g., OpenAI's usage policies).

PromptStick and all its code, design, and trademarks belong to us. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the prompts generated for you. By saving a prompt to the public library, you grant other users a non-exclusive licence to view and use it within the platform.

PromptStick integrates with Google (auth), OpenAI (generation), Neon (database), and Cloudflare (infrastructure). Generated prompts are designed for use in third-party tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Runway - all of which have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party availability or policies.

PromptStick is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about the specific results, accuracy, or effectiveness of AI-generated outputs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or legal costs arising from your reliance on the AI outputs. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid by you in the last 12 months, or £50.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, you must stop using PromptStick.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will first be resolved informally - email support@promptstick.com. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
